What the job involves
Water coming through a ceiling does not wait. Turn it off at the stopcock, then call. We do everything we can to get to you as soon as possible, and we will tell you what to do in the meantime.

Stop the water first. Then repair properly, or tell you plainly if it needs a part we have to fetch.
