What the enquiry form collects
Your name, a phone number and a postcode, because we cannot call you back or tell you whether we cover you without them. An email address if you choose to give one, and a description of the problem. Nothing else is collected, and there are no hidden fields beyond a spam trap that is discarded.
What we do with it
It is sent to us as an email so that we can reply to your enquiry. We use it for that and nothing else. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anyone else for marketing.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracking script on any page. Nothing you do here is recorded beyond the enquiry you choose to send.
Calling and WhatsApp
Calling us is a normal phone call. If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation happens inside WhatsApp and is covered by their privacy terms as well as this one.
Asking us to delete it
Ask, and we will delete your enquiry and confirm that we have. The quickest route is to call or reply to the email we send you.
